Starting with Meze: The Lebanese Way to Begin

 This is where the magic begins at Grilandia, and it’s where we set the tone for your entire evening.

You will find fresh Hummus, silky and smooth, made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil. Our Tabouleh brings finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, mint and bulgur dressed with lemon and olive oil, while our Cranberry Ghanouj adds a festive touch with smokey roasted aubergine blended with tahini, garlic and lemon, finished with ruby cranberries and pomegranates.

You will also enjoy warm and comforting classics such as Kibbe and Batata Harra. For something perfectly crisp, our Walnut, Spinach & Feta Rolls offer a light, flaky bite that balances the table beautifully.

 

What makes our meze selection special at Christmas is that we have added some festive twists. We are talking about flavours that feel both luxurious and warming with every bite. 

The Heart of Christmas: Our Grilled Specialities

For the main event, we are offering a festive selection that reminds you why people love Lebanese cooking in the first place. Our Mixed Grill brings together marinated chicken shish, juicy lamb kafta and tender lamb tekka; each piece chargrilled to smoky perfection. We also offer a Grilled Ocean Trio, featuring chargrilled sea bass fillet, salmon fillets and king prawns seasoned with lemon and herbs.

If you prefer something aromatic and deeply warming, our Christmas Spiced Chicken Tagine is slow-cooked with festive spices, vegetables, and fragrant herbs. For a hearty vegetarian option, our Aubergine & Slay Musaka’a features baked aubergine boats filled with tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas and onions in a comforting tomato sauce.

 

Each main is served with a fragrant saffron and cinnamon rice pilaf with toasted vermicelli, adding a festive and aromatic touch to the plate.
