By accessing grilandia.com or making a reservation at any Grilandia location, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Grilandia Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance.
Online reservations are confirmed by email. A reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation message from us. For parties of eight or more, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to release tables if guests are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification. We will always attempt to contact you before doing so.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For groups of eight or more, 48 hours notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows for guaranteed tables may incur a charge of £15 per person.

Our kitchens handle all 14 major allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform your server of any allergies before ordering — do not rely solely on the menu description.
Full allergen information is available on request at all branches and on our Allergens page. Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us before their visit.
Grilandia gift cards are redeemable at all six branches. Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or used to purchase further gift cards. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
All content on grilandia.com — including text, photography, menus, logos, and visual design — is the property of Grilandia Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Grilandia Ltd accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or dining at our restaurants. Our liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific reservation or order giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
