I started as a waiter at East Sheen and within 18 months I was Assistant Manager. Grilandia genuinely invests in you — they saw potential I didn’t even see in myself.
The kitchen here is the most organised I have ever worked in. Standards are high but the head chef explains everything. I have learned more in six months at Grilandia than in two years elsewhere.
